Guests can choose either an oceanfront studio or a more modestly priced cityview studio. Checker's Cafe Restaurant is located just off the hotel lobby features daily breakfast, lunch dinner specials.

From the last week of February thru the end of April each person occupying a room must be 18 years old, and a $75 security deposit per person is to be paid in cash upon arrival. For all other dates there is a $25 cash deposit.
