Algonquin Eco-Lodge

The Algonquin Eco-Lodge is located on the shores of Moffat Pond, a private lake on the southern edge of Algonquin Park. The Lodge is beautifully secluded amidst the remote Algonquin forests, where even hydro lines and telephone poles can't reach. Yet, with a combination of alternative energy sources, the Eco-Lodge provides all the finer comforts. The hotel has indoor plumbing, hot showers, as well as an outdoor wood-fired hot tub and sauna. It is the perfect place to spend a few days while experiencing "real" Canadian wilderness adventures. The Lodge provides all meals during your visit - breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you needn't worry about cooking on your vacation.
The guest accommodations are all completely finished in wood. The Double rooms are located on the second floor and are furnished with one double bed. The Bunkrooms are located in the main lodge and feature 2-6 bunk beds - great for families or groups of friends. Guests will find lots to do in the area - canoeing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing and golf. Or guests may just want to lounge around and enjoy the surroundings.
